Shapedly 60-Day Exchange Policy

We want you to love your fit—and your shopping experience. That’s why Shapedly offers easy, worry-free returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery, as long as your item meets the conditions below.

What items can be returned or exchanged?

You may return or exchange the following items if they are new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals fully intact:

  • Shapewear

  • Bras

  • Leggings

  • Panties

What items can’t be returned or exchanged?

To keep every customer safe and confident in their purchase, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Big Sale items
    Big Sale Policy: Items marked Big Sale are offered at special reduced prices and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in rare cases. These items will be labeled on the product page, in your cart, and or at checkout.
    This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Free items

  • Opened or hygiene-sensitive items with:

    • Incomplete packaging

    • Signs of wear or use

    • Missing hygiene tags/seals

  • Gift cards and store credits

*Unless the item is defective or damaged.


Processing Fees for Refunds

To help cover handling and administrative costs, a few USD processing fee (depending on order amount) will be deducted from your refund total.

Good news:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item? We’ll fix it fast and free

*This fee does not apply to returns made under your legal right to cancel, where applicable by law (for example, within 14 days in the UK or EU).


For International Customers

All refunds are processed in USD, using the exchange rate available at the time we receive your return. Please note this rate may differ slightly from your bank’s official rate.

If you’re located in the EU, you may return your order within 14 days without a processing fee.


Received Something Damaged or Incorrect?

No worries—snap a photo and contact our team. We’ll get it sorted quickly for defects or fulfillment errors.


Legal Compliance Notice

This policy is designed to comply with consumer protection laws in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under local law.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
