Find Your Band Size: If the number is even, add 4. (If it’s odd, add 5.) 30 + 4 = 34 → Band size: 34
Measure Your Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, tape level. Example: 34 inches
Calculate Cup Size: Bust measurement minus underbust measurement: 34 − 30 = 4
Match the Difference to a Cup: Difference of 4 = Cup D Final Size: 34D
